Description:

Oligodendrocytes are myelinating cells in the central nervous system (CNS) that form the myelin sheath of axons to support rapid nerve conduction. The monoclonal antibody O4 reacts with an unidentified antigen that appears on the surface of oligodendrocyte progenitors.
